Our approach to home care is very unique to others. We aim to empower, educate and inspire our clients with their own home care where possible so our clients are always in charge and independent.

What makes us unique & special: 

Medicine specialist:

Our director's background as a Pharmacist puts us in a position to ensure medicines are managed effectively and safely within home care. We carry out medicine use reviews, ensure new medicine compliance, provide monitored dosage systems and MAR charts to ensure safety and compliance protocols are met every day.

Health coaching:

We train our carers to take an health coach approach when dealing with clients. Our carers partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being.

Mindset Coaching:

We train our carers to take a mindset-coaching approach when dealing with clients. Our carers work with our clients to uncover the beliefs, blocks, behaviours, habits and patterns of thinking that prevent them from living the life they desire.

Bespoke diet & exercise  plan:

To ensure the best health for our clients, we create bespoke diet, exercise and lifestyle plans. For example, if someone suffers with diabetes, we create an individualised diet plan to help keep sugar levels low. If someone is overweight, we create exercise plans to ensure the right amount of calories are burnt on a daily basis.

We keep in mind our clients' health and wellbeing when creating these plans and' take clients' consent (where possible) when using our coaching approach.
